Korea University Sejong Campus (Vice President: Kim Young) has established itself as a university that provides graduates with high job satisfaction and quality employment environments, achieving a graduate employment retention rate of 83.3%.


According to the Ministry of Education's 4th survey of 2023 public data (based on employment as of December 31, 2022), Korea University Sejong Campus recorded a very high employment retention rate of 83.3%. This reflects that graduates are enjoying satisfying careers in high-quality jobs where they can fully utilize their majors and competencies.


Unlike simple employment rates, employment retention rates measure the percentage of graduates who remain employed after a certain period (3, 6, 9, or 11 months), making it an important indicator of job quality and satisfaction. Such a high retention rate is a testament to the systematic career support programs and tailored talent development initiatives provided by Korea University Sejong Campus.


The campus offers a variety of career support programs to help students develop their career paths. Six specialized courses are offered by grade level and major to help students practically prepare for employment, and dedicated consultants are assigned by department to provide in-depth career and job counseling.


Furthermore, tailored career and employment programs that engage students from freshman year to post-graduation are systematically available, and annual surveys are conducted to continuously improve these programs, enhancing graduates' job adaptability and satisfaction in the workplace.


In particular, the university actively operates employment-linked programs based on partnerships with various industries, offering students opportunities to gain practical work experience. Through these initiatives, graduates are provided with career management opportunities that enable continuous growth and development even after employment, contributing to high satisfaction in their respective workplaces.
